This ski area, so rich in superlatives, is the only one in Austria with three three-thousand metre peaks (the BIG 3) all connected with cable cars and, in the Gaislachkogl and Giggijochbahn mountain gondolas, it has two of the most efficient feeder cable lines in operation in the world. In culinary matters too, this ski region shows great taste, having more than 30 ski lodges and restaurants. The ice Q gourmet restaurant at Gaislachkogl (3,058 m) is the gastronomic highlight. This futuristic-looking glass cube served as a spectacular backdrop during the filming of the James Bond blockbuster “Spectre”.
