about
Alpine hikes
On Sölden’s quieter, wilder side, you'll find traditional alpine huts reachable from the hotel via forest paths, Waal trails or hiking tracks.
Summit tours
Our local peaks – Söldenkogel, Brunnenkogel and Nederkogel – offer steep ascents and jaw-dropping views that stretch across borders.
Cable car hiking
With the Ötztal Inside Summer Card, you can ride all 12 lifts in the valley for free, one return trip per day, per lift.
Hut tip
From Zwieselstein, a scenic path leads to the Sahne Stüberl (approx. 1 hour walk). The hut can also be reached by hiking bus.

Our hiking hotel in Sölden is located at almost 1,400 metres above sea level – the perfect altitude to let your body adjust to the fresh mountain air while you sleep. Just what you’ll need when heading up to the 3,000-metre peaks of the Ötztal. Either on foot, or effortlessly by gondola, free of charge with the Summer Card.
